Script and Briefing
After an in-depth client interview, Empower develops a concise, conversational script and a calling strategy. Detailed information packets are assembled to background our callers about programs, objectives and news and issues relevant to the campaign. Callers are continually updated during a campaign about new developments. All campaigns begin with an intensive one-hour briefing between client and phoners either in-person or on the phone.
Compelling Raps
Empower "raps" are spoken, not read in the canned style of most solicitations. Empower callers - veteran activists from Berkeley and the Bay Area - are trusted to think and talk on their feet. They are comfortable with a wide range of social, political and cultural issues.

Performance Projections
Empower compiles performance projections showing costs, revenue and net dollars for prospective campaigns. We extend a "net revenue" guarantee for renewals and appeals; break-even for lapsed campaigns. Every campaign is conducted as a "test" to monitor performance during the first 8-10 hours.
